The Format:
Request type: signature/avatar/userbar
Preferred Size:What size you would like it to be
Preferred colors:What colors you would like it to be
Images: Post link/s to the image/s that you want on your request.
Text: Something special that you want to be written on the signature/avatar/userbar
Other info: Anything else
