Karin first things first, NEVER mill in a stun deck, of any kind.... so yh remove those LS and then we'll talk

Al-Bhed: yep, dark bribe is certainly a +3, and I'll explain how
Al-Bhed: say you have 5 backrows and the opponent tries to heavy you, that would be a -4, then you flip bribe and go -1 in the process, -1 - potential -4 = -1 - (-4)= -1+4 = +3

As I see this deck, it's going to be raped with the triple MST and heavy storm builds nowadays. I know you use a starlight road, but it's not enough. Therefore I suggest taking out the burden of the mighty, Call of the haunteds, dimensional prisons and the scrap iron scarecrows.
Adding a monster reborn, compulsory evacuation device, 1 more starlight road and Charge of the light brigade will help you with stability.
To be honest I don't really think it's a stun deck, but more a deck focused on utopia ray.
