A week should be fine, and I agree on the "no name change" rule. However, I doubt we would want to do it all the time, perhaps the first week in the month, or the first seven days. Plus, not everyone watches Naruto or Bleach, so a few of us will feel a little fallen out, but heck, I guess this event goes to the people who constantly watch anime.
By the way, I'm inactive. My opinion doesn't count, even though I believe I am putting a lot of logic into it. Maybe I'm not allowed to think so.

i like the idea, lets do it but as it's been stated lets change it to maybe a whole month or the first week of the month, changing every week would get rather annoying.
